Job Description: Are you an experienced CNC Programmer looking for a new opportunity with a growing manufacturing company? Our client in East Chicago, IN is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join their team. This is a 1st shift, full time position with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $25.00+/hr depending on experience. PPE will be provided along with reimbursement for steel toe boots.

Job Responsibilities: • Write and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings• Determine proper speeds, feeds, tooling, and materials• Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce quality parts• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues• Maintain program, tooling, and production documentation• Perform routine machine maintenance and inspections• Utilize CAD and 3D modeling software as needed

Requirements: • Previous CNC programming experience (MAZAK, HAAS, and Milltronics machines)• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (Solid Works, and Fusion)• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings• Knowledge of CNC speeds, feeds, tooling, and materials• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills• Experience with 3D modeling and CAD software (preferred)• Work independently, and with a team• Background check and drug test• Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs Apply today to join a company where your programming and machining expertise can make an immediate impact!
