Regions Hospital seeks an Advanced Practice Nursing Specialist to join the Mental Health team across Health Partners System. This leadership role focuses on influencing patient care, nursing practice and organizational change rather than direct patient care. The specialist coordinates complex patient care, embeds evidence into practice, leads quality improvement, and develops tools such as policies and order sets across all eight hospitals.
