Litigation Associate – Real Estate

Contextual Overview: Above the Bar is partnering with a highly respected real estate litigation boutique in Century City, Los Angeles, to hire a Litigation Associate. The firm handles complex, high-stakes real estate matters from case inception through trial, offering hands-on courtroom and case management experience. Key Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 4-6 years of litigation experience. Bar Admission: Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.

Skills: Proven experience in drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities & Scope of Work Manage active litigation matters from start to finish and lead litigation teams while senior attorneys are in trial. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses. Develop case strategy in collaboration with experienced litigators. Appear in court and participate in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation. Build direct client relationships and participate in legal business development. Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Compensation: Up to $235,000 per year. Mode: Hybrid in-office schedule based in Century City, Los Angeles, CA 90067. Expectation:1,900 billable hour requirement.
