Pediatric Clinical Research Registered Nurse

Professional Case Management is seeking an RN Pediatric Clinical Research Nurse to support Clinical Research, Analytics & Strategic Planning initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate and implement pediatric clinical research protocols, collect and analyze clinical data, and ensure regulatory and ethical compliance. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design studies, monitor participant safety, and translate findings into care strategies for former energy workers’ families. Coordinate and implement pediatric clinical research protocols in collaboration with investigators Collect, document, and verify clinical and research data using EDC and EHR systems Ensure compliance with GCP, IRB requirements, HIPAA, and organizational policies Monitor participant safety, report adverse events, and support risk mitigation Educate and consent patients and families regarding study procedures and expectations Collaborate with clinical, analytics, and strategic planning teams to design and refine studies Support data analysis, interpretation, and preparation of reports or presentations Maintain accurate study documentation and participate in audits or monitoring visits Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and best-practice development in pediatric research Participate in training, mentoring, and professional development activities Pediatric nursing care Clinical research coordination Electronic data capture systems (EDC) Good Clinical Practice (GCP) compliance Regulatory documentation and IRB submissions Clinical data collection and analytics Study protocol implementation and monitoring Adverse event reporting and safety monitoring Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Care coordination with multidisciplinary teams Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active RN license in state of practice Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Clinical research certification (e.g., SOCRA, ACRP) preferred Experience with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines Familiarity with HIPAA and research compliance
