Location: Springfield Virginia (Remote)

Position Summary: We are seeking ServiceNow SMEs to support administration, engineering, optimization, integration, automation, and continual improvement of enterprise ITSM/ITOM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities: Configure and administer ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM.Support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Configuration Management. Maintain and improve CMDB quality. Develop workflows, automation, dashboards, and reports. Support Discovery and Service Mapping. Develop integrations with enterprise monitoring and management tools. Troubleshoot platform and workflow issues. Support continual service improvement.

Required Qualifications: 7+ years of IT experience.4+ years of ServiceNow experience. Strong understanding of ITSM/ITOM and CMDB.Experience with ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and automation.

Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow CSA; CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping.
