Director of Performance Apparel, Road & Trail (Hybrid)

Deckers Brands in Portland, OR, is seeking a Director of Product for HOKA Performance Apparel. Hybrid role working in the Portland area, with in-office days Tue–Thu. Lead the product strategy, line planning, and seasonal execution to drive growth and brand impact globally. You will own the end‑to‑end product creation, collaborate with Design, Development, Materials, Costing, and Supply Chain, and guide product storytelling and GTM readiness.
