PTA: Patient Rehab Support & Exercise Coach

La Crescenta Healthcare Center is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to assist with patient treatment programs under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, complying with federal guidelines and state practice acts. The PTA will provide direct treatment to residents, document progress toward goals, teach exercises to residents and caregivers, and complete required forms in accordance with policies and regulations.
