Jr. Social Media Associate

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Schedule and publish daily content across Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Facebook. Capture and edit short-form video on-site at events, including same-day recaps and behind-the-scenes content. Monitor comments and DMs, engaging with dancers, studios, and parents in the Dance One voice. Pull weekly performance reports and flag trends, top posts, and emerging audio/formats. Source and coordinate UGC and creator content, tracking rights and approvals. Skills &

Competencies: Native fluency in Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and Facebook, including short-form video. Hands-on video capture and editing skills (Cap Cut, Premiere, or similar).Strong writing and community-management instincts in a brand voice. Organized and reliable with scheduling, reporting, and rights/approvals. Fast, trend-aware, and comfortable creating on-site at live events. Genuine passion for dance and social storytelling.

Qualifications & Experience: 0–2 years of social media, content, or marketing experience (internships count).A portfolio or sample channels demonstrating short-form video and social content. Willingness to travel to events and work occasional weekends during peak season. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience a plus.
