Schedule/Shift: Monday Friday or Monday Sunday coverage required

Shifts: 24 hour call, day shift, weekday call1 weekend call per month1 weeknight call per month Must be willing to work weekend coverage at the systems' 2 other hospitals located in Evansville, Indiana (about 30 minutes away from the primary location)

Case Log Requirement:
Must have a log of 50 cardiac surgical procedures in the past 12 months.

Qualifications

Experience: 2 years

Board Certified in Cardiology Must have an active Kentucky Medical License and DEAActive Kentucky and Indiana Medical license preferred, but will consider candidates with an active Kentucky Medical License and an active IMLC License Must have a log of 50 cardiac surgery procedures in the past 12 months.
