Key responsibilities:
Assist homeowners in finding solutions for their window issues by following a structured methodology
Reconnect with previous customers to encourage them to reconsider Renewal by Andersen services
Provide an exceptional phone experience to all customers, regardless of their decision
Required qualifications:
Minimum of two years inside sales or call center experience
Proven ability to overcome objections and negotiate positive outcomes
Experience working with diverse groups of people
Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends
Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience is preferred
