You will shape the vision and direct multi-channel engagement strategies that boost attendee outcomes, brand presence, and revenue impact across marquee events and Cisco Live Global. You will manage a high-performing team of engagement managers, collaborate with program management, strategy, and brand teams, and harness data-driven insights to optimize content, events, and customer journeys on
