What you'll be doing: Oversee daily site operations and manage construction schedules to ensure deadlines are met Lead and supervise construction workers and subcontractors while maintaining quality and safety standards Implement and enforce OSHA-compliant safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment Monitor construction quality to ensure work aligns with project specifications and industry standards Identify and resolve construction issues, including delays and resource shortages
