Required Qualifications:
Master's degree (MBA, MA, or MS) in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field
Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in Organization Development, Change Management, and/or Training and Development
Demonstrated success orchestrating organizational development and change initiatives within a corporate or business organizational development capability
Experience working with large or complex organizations with geographically dispersed team members and clients
Proven track record leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
Preferred Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in a healthcare environment
