People & Safety Training Leader

Opportunities Industrialization Center, Inc. (OIC) is seeking an experienced HR Training & Safety Specialist to strengthen employee development, leadership capability, workplace safety, and emergency preparedness across our organization. This hands-on role coordinates safety and training initiatives, facilitates sessions for employees and managers, and works with the VP of People & Culture to implement development strategies and safety programs.
