Location: Rock Hill, SC
Salary: $50,000+ annually (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-TimeOur client, a well-established machining and manufacturing company in Rock Hill, SC, is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced industrial environment and wants to become a long-term contributor to a stable and growing organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Process customer invoices and monitor collections
  • Assist with payroll processing and reporting
  • Generate financial reports for ownership and management
  • Work closely with operations and leadership to support business needs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing, machining, industrial, or production environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of AP, AR, account reconciliations, and general bookkeeping principles
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft ExcelHigh attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information
  • Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
