Help identify recurring issues or trends within incoming complaints and legal matters and elevate noteworthy concerns.
Assist with improving internal legal processes, workflows, and organizational systems.
Provide general paralegal and Legal Operations support as needed.
Qualifications:
5–8+ years of experience working as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, with significant experience supporting litigation matters.
Experience working in a high-volume legal or administrative environment.
Background in banking, lending, loan servicing, real estate, title, foreclosure, insurance claims, compliance, or another closely related industry.
