Strategic FP&A Director for Museums

The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston is seeking a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range financial planning. Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with executives and department heads to develop plans supporting the Museum’s mission and sustainability. You will build financial models, conduct analyses for senior leadership and the Board, mentor FP&A staff, and serve as a trusted advisor on strategic initiatives and capital investments.
