Remote Account Manager | Sales & Client Relations | Training Provided

About the Role: We're expanding our remote sales team and looking for driven, coachable people to join us as Remote Account Representatives supporting individuals and families through the process of exploring and enrolling in coverage options. If you're a strong communicator who's motivated by results, this is a chance to build real skills and a long-term career — not just take a job. No prior industry experience needed. What You'll Do: Connect with individuals, families, and small business owners by phone and virtually Ask the right questions to understand each client's goals, needs, and priorities Clearly explain available options so clients can make confident, informed decisions Guide clients through the application and enrollment process from start to finish Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients to keep things moving Schedule and manage client appointments Keep accurate, organized records in our CRMShow up for coaching, training, and team meetings ready to improve Work toward individual and team performance goals Who We're Looking For Confident on the phone with people you've just met Friendly, professional, and genuinely client-focused Motivated by goals and personal growth Coachable — takes feedback and applies it fast Self-disciplined and productive without someone watching over your shoulder Organized, dependable, and takes follow-up seriously Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team Backgrounds that tend to do well here: Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, Client Relations, Customer Success, Inside Sales, Business Development, Recruiting, Retail, Hospitality, Call Center, Appointment Setting.
