Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Life Spa Coordinator to operate the telephone system, greet callers, and direct them to the right staff with a cheerful attitude, while assisting the Department Head with filing and general office tasks in Alpharetta, GA. You will convert Life Spa questions into appointments, explain products and services, suggest upgrades, and handle confirmation calls, all while maintaining safety procedures and exceptional customer service.
