Asset Protection & Safety Coordinator

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Asset Protection Coordinator to support asset protection, security, compliance, and safety across the facility. The role will monitor procedures, educate staff, and ensure inventory accuracy while reducing shrink and maintaining a safe environment for customers and Outfitters. The position, hourly with starting pay $17.13–$19.75, requires analyzing discrepancies, conducting investigations, and promoting safety programs on the sales floor.
