Lead Tax Accountant - AI-Driven Compliance & Audits

Markel Group is seeking a Lead Tax Accountant in Glen Allen, VA, with 3–5 years of tax experience, preferably from a Big 4 firm. The role spans income and non-income taxes and partners with tax leadership to drive innovative, AI-enabled tax solutions. You will support audits, prepare filings, respond to tax authorities, and help optimize compliance across federal, state, local, and international taxes. CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
