Technology Transactions and Health Care Privacy Associate

Duties: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial technology agreements. Advise on privacy and data security laws applicable to health care. Manage transactions independently and collaborate with senior attorneys and clients. Negotiate business associate agreements and data protection provisions.

Requirements: 4-8 years of relevant experience in technology transactions. Experience with health technology and artificial intelligence matters preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent writing, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Education JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications: Active member in good standing of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice. Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the hiring office is located required. Skills Sound judgment and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Working knowledge of HIPAA and state health and consumer privacy laws.
