Assistant Golf Instructor

You collaborate closely with other golf professionals to supervise and oversee the entirety of our golf operations, ensuring that our service consistently meets the high expectations of our Members. Alongside this, you lend a hand to the Golf Shop Merchandiser by assisting with concession duties, maintaining Golf Shop controls, and contributing to hard goods purchasing decisions. Additionally, you play a key role as a starter on the first tee, marshal the golf course, and have the privilege of enjoying rounds of golf with Members. Through your dedication to promoting and teaching the game of golf, utilizing V1 teaching software, and coordinating summer sports camps and junior programs, you greatly enhance the overall golf experience at our club.

High School diploma and/or GED required. College Education preferred. Two to five years' experience in a high-end private golf operation Ability to work weekends/holidays as required Exceptional Member service skills Excellent interpersonal/relationship skills Proficiency in Microsoft & Golf Genius Teaching/Coaching experience preferred Playing ability
