Duties Advise clients on private equity and M&A transactions.
Manage transactions independently while collaborating with a team.
Counsel clients in the health care services sector.

Requirements:
3-4 years of experience in Private Equity and M&A.
Experience at an AmLaw 100 or 200 firm preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional writing and communication abilities.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications:
Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
Skills Familiarity with design thinking and disruptive innovation principles.
Experience with generative AI and legal technology in deal processes.
