Senior Internal Tools Engineer — Scale YC Operations

Y Combinator in San Francisco is seeking a software engineer to help run YC's internal tools at scale. You will design and build features for productivity tools used by Group Partners, finance teams, and a legal team. The team is small (15 full-stack engineers) and uses Rails, React, and PostgreSQL. You will ship high-impact features and contribute to product improvements in a fast-paced, in-person setting at YC's campus.
