Human Resources Information System Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Workday HCMServe as a key HRIS resource supporting the Global Human Capital team across core Workday business processes. Administer and maintain Workday modules, including Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Security, Reporting, and Integrations. Support annual initiatives such as Benefits Open Enrollment and Performance Management cycles. Develop advanced reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics for business leaders and senior management. Partner with HR, Technology, Compliance, and Finance teams on system enhancements, projects, and data requests. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations and workflows. Manage security roles and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance. Coordinate regression testing and deployment activities related to Workday releases. Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, user experience, and operational efficiency. Stay current on emerging HR technologies, including Workday AI capabilities and best practices. Greenhouse Recruiting Act as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Greenhouse Recruiting. Support recruiting teams across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions. Configure and optimize recruiting workflows, scorecards, custom fields, and system integrations. Drive system enhancements that improve recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and reporting capabilities. Develop dashboards and analytics to monitor recruiting performance and key hiring metrics. Ensure compliance with applicable data privacy regulations and recruitment governance requirements. Evaluate and implement new Greenhouse features and AI-driven recruiting capabilities. Partner closely with recruiting stakeholders to align technology solutions with hiring objectives.

Qualifications: 3-5 years of HRIS experience with strong expertise in Workday HCM, including Business Process Configuration, Reporting, Security, Integrations, and EIBs. Experience administering Greenhouse Recruiting, including workflow configuration and integrations. Strong understanding of Human Resources operations, talent acquisition processes, and HR best practices. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point. Experience leveraging data analytics to drive informed business decisions. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and integrity. Preferred Profile The successful candidate is a highly analytical, systems-oriented HR professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, improving processes, and leveraging technology to enhance the employee and recruiting experience. Experience supporting a fast-paced financial services, investment management, private equity, or professional services environment is highly desirable.
