Accounting Director: Close, Consolidation & M&A Leader

Selby Jennings seeks an Accounting Director to oversee accounting and financial reporting for a growing, multi-entity platform backed by private equity. The role partners with the Controller and CFO on close activities, intercompany accounting, acquisitions, and process improvements. The candidate will lead month-end close, ensure accurate reporting, and drive improvements across ERP systems. CPA preferred with strong GAAP expertise and multi-entity experience is highly valued.
