Senior Design Reliability Engineer, Ground Systems & Tooling

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Design Reliability Engineer to embed reliability into tooling, GSE, and factory-automation across our ground systems. You will work with design and manufacturing teams to identify failure modes and drive changes before release. You will lead FMEA, define reliability requirements, and develop guidelines while spending significant time on the shop floor to ensure models align with reality. A strong hands-on manufacturing mindset is essential for success.
