Associate Attorney

Responsibilities: Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft and argue civil motions. Take and defend depositions. Conduct legal research and prepare written legal arguments. Prepare cases for trial, including discovery, pleadings, motions, and trial strategy. Collaborate with experienced trial and appellate attorneys. Provide high-quality legal representation and strategic support to clients.

Qualifications: 3-6 years of litigation experience preferred. Strong legal research and written and oral advocacy skills. Experience drafting and arguing civil motions. Experience taking and defending depositions. Experience preparing cases for trial. Active admission to the Oregon Bar required. Washington Bar admission is a plus. Strong professionalism, judgment, and commitment to legal excellence.
