Remote, Contract-based California Commercial/Real Estate Litigation Paralegal

Paralegal Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal with direct experience in California commercial and/or real estate litigation matters Strong understanding of California civil litigation procedures, court rules, and filing requirements Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal correspondence Ability to assist with all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial preparation Experience managing discovery, including document review, organization, production, and coordinating responses Experience with commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business disputes, and related litigation Experience with real estate litigation matters, including lease disputes, title issues, landlord/tenant matters, quiet title actions, and other real property disputes Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple active matters simultaneously Strong legal research and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter who can work independently and proactively move cases forward with minimal supervision Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour.
