We’re Hiring: Paralegal – Driver Case Support We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Paralegal to join our growing team. We assist rideshare and gig-economy drivers who have experienced account deactivation and need support navigating the documentation and court process. The Paralegal will help manage driver cases from intake through resolution, including reviewing client documentation, preparing court forms and supporting documents, researching filing requirements in multiple jurisdictions, tracking court dates and deadlines, and communicating with clients regarding the status of their cases. Key responsibilities and qualifications include: Prepare and organize court forms, case statements, supporting exhibits, correspondence, and other case-related documents. Research small claims and civil court filing procedures, jurisdictional requirements, registered agents, service requirements, and deadlines. Review driver deactivation notices, appeals, screenshots, earnings records, trip records, and other supporting evidence. Assist with calculating and documenting lost-wage claims based on client-provided records. Maintain organized case files and track filing dates, hearings, deadlines, and outstanding client documents. Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients by phone, email, and text. Contact court clerks and other appropriate offices to obtain procedural information when necessary. Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy when handling client information. Previous paralegal, legal assistant, litigation-support, or court-document preparation experience preferred. Strong legal research, writing, proofreading, organizational, and time-management skills required. Experience with civil litigation, small claims, consumer matters, or employment/gig-economy matters is a plus. Must understand the appropriate boundaries of a paralegal role and work under applicable supervision rather than independently providing legal advice. Our mission is to help deactivated rideshare and gig-economy drivers better understand and navigate the process of pursuing account reactivation and related claims. We are looking for someone who understands that these cases can directly affect a driver's ability to earn a living and who will treat every client with professionalism, patience, and respect. Interested candidates: Please submit your resume along with a brief statement describing your paralegal/legal-support experience and why you're interested in assisting rideshare drivers.
