Lead Estimator - Multifamily Construction

Multifamily Construction Estimator Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate cost estimates for multifamily construction projects. Assess labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing to prepare competitive project bids. Coordinate with project teams, design professionals, and clients to align estimates with project objectives and schedules. Analyze historical project data and current market conditions to improve estimating accuracy and budgeting. Present cost estimates and pricing recommendations to project stakeholders and leadership teams.
