Team Member Experience Lead: Engagement & Growth

Clayton is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to oversee all Team Member Experience (TMX) programs, including recruiting, onboarding, training, engagement, and payroll processes, across our manufacturing plant. You will partner with site leadership to align HR practices with our world-class team member experience vision.
