New Graduate Registered Nurse

Administer medications and treatments to patients and monitor their responses. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care. Educate patients and their families on post-hospital care and health maintenance. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all confidentiality regulations.
