Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field required, MBA desired. 3+ years of experience of related professional experience; previous supervisory experience preferred. Technical skills and ability to understand complex electrical and mechanical systems with the ability to identify customer needs and transform them into solutions. Exceptional communication, both verbally and written, with various levels of stakeholders within and outside of the organization.
