Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team. This role involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, maintaining safety standards, and managing staff in a fast-paced, casual dining environment. Responsibilities included but not limited to; Ensure the kitchen team operates like a finely tuned machine Oversee food preparation and present dishes as stunning works of art Manage inventory effectively to minimize waste Collaborate on menu creations while incorporating dietary needs Serve as the essential food safety expert Organize unforgettable catering events that leave clients impressed Train newcomers on the fundamentals of food handling and safety Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment The perfect candidate will possess: Extensive experience in hospitality leadership Culinary expertise, particularly in a fast paced environment Proficiency in food production and service Strong skills in inventory management Knowledge of the catering industry Natural leadership abilities This job is for a chef who cares about keeping high standards of quality and service.
