Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you'll receive hands-on training to master specialized processes involved in creating holographic printing materials-no prior experience in holography or laboratory work required. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy detailed, hands-on tasks in a production setting while adhering to established procedures and safety standards. Key responsibilities include cleaning, preparing, and inspecting glass holographic masters, applying conductive silver coatings, operating nickel electroforming equipment, finishing nickel shims, and ensuring quality through material inspections. You'll also maintain equipment and workspaces, handle chemicals with care, and document production activities. Compliance with safety protocols and quality standards is essential. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, basic math proficiency, mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and the ability to work independently with consistent attendance. While not required, candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, or familiarity with plating or chemical processes are encouraged to apply. Success in this role requires keen observational skills to identify defects, the ability to follow detailed instructions, maintain an organized workspace, and collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, performing repetitive hand movements, conducting visual inspections, handling delicate materials, and occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds. The work environment is a specialized manufacturing area that involves exposure to chemicals, plating tanks, production equipment, glass, and metal materials. Adherence to safety protocols and the use of protective equipment are mandatory. You'll work closely with a collaborative production team while managing individual tasks. Additional duties may be assigned as needed, and all employees are expected to follow job-related instructions from their supervisor. PDTOP
