What You'll Do:
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Help residents improve independence with daily living activities
- Educate residents and families on therapy programs and safety techniques
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes
Qualifications:
- Current California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License
- Passion for patient care and geriatric rehabilitation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
