Hybrid Claims Adjuster Trainee — Training & Growth

Progressive is seeking a claims adjuster trainee in a hybrid role with in-office two days per week and remote work the remaining days for 12 months. You will receive comprehensive training on property damage, insurance contracts, and the claims process, building relationships with customers over the phone and through coaching from leaders. You’ll learn coverage determination, liability assessment, interviewing customers and witnesses, and negotiation with carriers.
