Comfort Workforce Solutions is seeking hardworking and reliable Construction Laborers with a valid OSHA 10 certification for projects in the Buffalo, NY area. Candidates will assist with general construction activities, material handling, site preparation, cleanup, and demolition while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor duties on commercial and residential construction sites
- Assist skilled tradesmen as needed
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
- Perform site cleanup and debris removal
- Assist with demolition and removal of structural materials
- Follow all OSHA and jobsite safety regulations
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisors and project managers
Requirements:
- Valid OSHA 10 Certification (Required)
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
