This is an excellent opportunity to practice full-scope OB/GYN in a supportive environment with strong clinical resources, dedicated staff, and access to subspecialty care. Our dynamic group sees over 1700 deliveries annually. Excellent academic opportunities including teaching, mentorship, case review, and c-sections with residents within Brown University. You will join 7 experienced OB/GYN physicians and full-time certified nurse midwives, 1 Gyn/Onc, 1 MFM, and 2 Hospitalists providing comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. The position offers a balanced schedule with a mix of obstetrics and gynecology (approximately 50/50), protected administrative time, and manageable call responsibilities.
Position Highlights:
- 4 clinic days per week5 day of dedicated OR time per week1 full day of protected administrative time
- Call schedule: 1:8 rotation, 12 hours, except holidays.
- Dedicated Medical Assistant, with strong RN and administrative support

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary Range of $260-$300k + incentives up to $50,000 annually.

Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency program
- Eligible for Rhode Island medical licensure
