Lead Sales Representative

Responsibilities: Generate new business through outreach, networking, and lead generation Manage leads from first contact through close Build and maintain strong client relationships Sell across Noraverse’s costume, entertainment, rental, and event services Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity in our CRMHelp grow and support the Noraverse sales team Work with our creative team to develop solutions for clients What We’re Looking For 2+ years of sales or business development experience Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Confident prospecting and generating new leads Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven Experience with CRM or sales tracking tools Entertainment, events, hospitality, theatre, or creative-industry experience is a plus Must be able to work with our team in Pompano Beach, FLCompensation Commission based with excellent earning potential Flexible Schedule Opportunity to grow with a creative and expanding company About Noraverse Nora June Designs LLC DBA Noraverse is a South Florida creative entertainment company specializing in costume design and production, live entertainment, specialty performers, rentals, theatrical experiences, and interactive event concepts.
