The Candidate

• 3–6 years’ experience in employment law (litigation and/or counseling), ideally from a respected national or strong regional firm
• Strong advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills
• A proven ability to provide commercially sound, client-focused advice
• Excellent academic credentials and a collaborative working style
