My name is Bryan Takahara and I am the Director of Sales and Recruitment at JBA International. I am reaching out as I have a client based in West LA, looking for a remote Associate Attorney for PI.
Pay Range: $100K - $115K+ (based on experience)
Requirements: J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active membershipinthe California State Bar.
1–3 years of experience in personal injury litigation, preferably with both defense and plaintiff-side experience
Responsibilities:
Assistin handling personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation.
Draft demand packages, pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and discovery responses.
Conduct legal research and analyze liability, damages, and insurance coverage issues.
Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
Participate in case strategy discussions and collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff.
Attend court appearances, hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences as needed.
Review medical records, billing records, and other evidence relevant to client claims.
Assistwith trial preparation and other litigation-related tasks.
