Primary responsibility for a pro rata share of deals.
Coordinate with the Deal team and facilitate escalations on complex matters.
Interface with deal clients and their counsel throughout the transaction.
Review, negotiate, and finalize deal documents including acquisition agreements, engagement letters, and escrow agreements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials and licensed to practice law in at least one state.
1-2 years of post-law school legal work experience preferred.
Strong customer service, communication, and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple dynamic projects and meet demanding deadlines.
Salary range between $120k and $125K depending on experience.
