Duties:

Requirements:
Meaningful experience in patent matters, preferably focused on patent disputes.
Texas Bar qualification or eligibility to waive into the Texas Bar.
Engineering background essential.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Admission to the Texas Bar or eligibility to waive in.
