Labor & Employment Associate

Overview: The role requires a significant emphasis in traditional management-side labor law, ideally including NLRA and RLA work, along with employment law experience. Candidates are sought who can take depositions, handle administrative hearings, and serve as second chair in trials. A federal clerkship is highly desired but not required. Associate attorneys are expected to invest 1800 hours on billable matters annually. The firm expects 75 hours of pro bono/public service work (or 50 hours of pro bono legal work) and at least 25 hours dedicated to Community-building, Diversity & Inclusion Investment hours.
