Join the Plastics Industry Association (PLASTICS), located in Washington, DC, and representing the nation’s nearly one million workers across the plastics industry supply chain. PLASTICS is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources & Administration to provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for its Human Resources, Information Technology, Data, and Office Operations functions. Reporting to the President & Chief Executive Officer and working closely with the Chief of Staff, you will serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and a senior advisor to leaders across PLASTICS on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, technology, and administration. This role manages four direct reports. Qualified candidates offer: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 10 years of progressive human resources and organizational leadership experience, including experience leading an HR function and advising executive leadership Minimum of five years of experience leading and managing teams Demonstrated experience developing people and culture strategies that strengthen employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance Expert knowledge of human resources management practices, processes, and programs Working knowledge of enterprise technology, data governance, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, facilities, and administrative operationsPLASTICS is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
