Part-Time Surgery Scheduler: Patient Access & Coordination

IRMC Physician Group - Urology Department is seeking a part-time Surgery Scheduler to support pre-registration, scheduling and patient communication. This on-site role collaborates with office staff, OR and preregistration teams to ensure accurate demographics, insurance data and smooth registration for procedures. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (medical secretarial preferred) and CPR is a plus; strong customer service, telephone etiquette and basic billing awareness are essential.
