Carolinas Water & Wastewater Division Leader

ESP Associates, Inc. in Charlotte, NC seeks a dynamic leader to grow the Water/Wastewater brand across North and South Carolina. You will guide planning, design, and project execution for pumping systems, conveyance, storage, and treatment projects while expanding ESP’s client base. The role reports to the Director of Capital Improvements, Water Resources and focuses on market growth, staff development, and maintaining project profitability in a multidisciplinary environment.
